Guard dogs and any dogs deemed dangerous by the Board are not permitted.

No.

No short-term leases.  

 

What are the parking rules for residents? 

One deeded spot per unit; not designated.  

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

Each unit has a visitor parking tag that visitors must have clearly shown when parking in the designated areas.  

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

Must be approved by the Board in advance; indemnity agreement must be executed.  

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

Water, hydro, gas.
